Banco Ciudad will conduct an online auction for an apartment in Recoleta, aimed at allocating the proceeds to the Permanent Educational Fund. This initiative offers the opportunity not only to invest but also to collaborate with educational development.
The property in question is located at Laprida 1159/61, 9th floor, UF 49. It is a two-room apartment at the back of the building, with a living-dining room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom, and two balconies. The total area is 60.38 m², with a starting price of US$61,600, which is equivalent to US$1,000 per square meter, a notable value for the Recoleta area.
To participate in the auction, prior registration on the official Banco Ciudad platform is required at least 48 hours before the auction. Additionally, a guarantee deposit equivalent to a percentage of the property’s starting value is required, and the payment will be made in Argentine pesos at the official exchange rate of Banco Nación from the day before the auction.
A physical exhibition of the apartment in Recoleta will be available on January 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for interested parties to visit. The auction will take place on February 6, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM.
In addition to this property, the auction includes other real estates in different neighborhoods of Buenos Aires City, such as Caballito, Villa Crespo, and Flores. The starting prices of these properties vary, from US$13,000 for a garage in Balvanera to US$725,000 for a lot in Villa Urquiza.
